Delivery of BI Reports via Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE 8.0) and Cognos Impromptu.
Having worked with Tadpole on several other projects we knew Tadpole delivered results quickly and professionally with the attention to detail that was required. Tadpole are also very cost effective.
In the first instance the Senior Management Team wished to be able to evaluate the Key Account Managers via a set of Metrics for Sales, Activity and Siebel usage. Secondly, the Patient Call Center wished to evaluate the Support Line and Field Nurses via Activity metrics for both them and their patients.
For the Senior Management Team it was to deliver a set of reports on a Dashboard which could be easily accessed and reviewed at any time. For the Patient Call Center it was to create a set of reports for management to use to monitor the nurses activities with patients and how these contribute to the Call Center's success.
Limited and disjointed reporting via exporting data and using Excel.
Management all have the ability to run and review reports at any time during a month for the Key Account Managers and Nurses.

Tadpole gathered requirements, including listening to both the Senior Management Team and First Line Managers, developed the reports, validated the reports and tested the reports. Tadpole then delivered the reports including the required training.
